Returns & Warranty Information

For all returns or warranty claims, please contact us.

Warranty Coverage:

  • 1-Year Warranty: Applies to brand-new hub motors and batteries.
  • 3-Month Warranty: Applies to all other components and refurbished conversion kits.
  • Warranty is valid only for the original owner and is non-transferable.
  • Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for warranty inspections. We recommend using a local shipping service, such as FedEx Office or the UPS Store, for all returns. 
    • A prepaid return label is provided for DOA (dead-on-arrival) orders only.
  • Missing Parts:

    • If the returned package is missing any accessories or parts, the cost of the missing items will be deducted from the refund, and only a partial refund will be issued.
  • Refund Processing:

    • Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned merchandise. A partial refund will be issued when applicable.

    • We offer lifetime technical support for all our products. If you need assistance, please contact us, and our team of experts will be happy to help.
