Unused Item Return Policy

At eBikeling, we strive to make returns as simple as possible while maintaining the integrity of our products. Below are the details for returning unused items:

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be unused and free from any damage to the surface finish, aesthetics, or appearance.
• To process a return claim, customers are required to provide clear pictures of the following:
  1. Rim
  2. Hub motor plate (both sides)
  3. Axle nuts (both sides)
• If the package is never opened, you won't need to open it to take a picture. Please send it without opening it. 

Refund Policy

• Refund will be issued for returned, undamaged conversion kits with a 10% restocking fee to cover inspection and repackaging costs.
