Replacement & Returns Policy

At eBikeling, we are dedicated to ensuring the quality of our products and providing excellent support to our customers. Please review the following guidelines for our replacement and returns process:

Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship but does not include:

  • DIY modifications made to the product.
  • Normal wear and tear from regular use.
  • Damage caused by negligence, misuse, or abuse.

Returning Items for Inspection

  • If you experience motor-related issues, you must return the entire conversion kit to eBikeling for inspection.
  • Returns must be shipped within two weeks of receiving return authorization.

What Happens After Inspection?

  • If the product does not meet our quality standards:
    • We will repair the original product or send a replacement component at no extra cost.
  • If the issue is determined to be caused by improper use:
    • We will notify you of the repair or replacement cost before proceeding.

Shipping Requirements

  • Replacement parts will be sent only after the returned items are inspected and the issue is confirmed.
  • Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping to eBikeling.
